Hey! For the past 4 years we've rented a big loft-style flat in East London that we absolutely love and have spent countless hours decorating and making it cozy—it’s our sanctuary. But now we're moving out of London and annoyingly, can't take the flat with us.

It would be a shame to let all the work we put into making it an amazing space go to waste, so we're looking for someone interested in taking over the flat with all it contains: rugs, a massive comfy sofa, full kitchen equipment and crockery, the BBQ, beautiful plants, curtains, electric adjustable desk, moody lights….

Failing that, we’ll just sell the pieces.

The contract ends on April 23rd (you could take over sooner if you want). Let us know what works and we can likely adapt

The Space

🏡  This is a beautiful loft-style flat with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and big Brooklyn-vibe windows that flood the space with natural light

🛌  We have 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with a bathtub and shower), a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and 3 desk spaces (one in each room and the living room)

🌵  The real magic is the massive open-plan living room with loads of happy plants, a bunch of sofas and chill spaces, a projector and giant screen, a library full of books, vibey red lights for night-time, and a big dining table for 6 (or 10 if you get creative)

🍖  There’s also a terrace that catches all the afternoon sun, with a BBQ.

🎨  And lots of cool collectively painted art on the walls

🌇  Oh and the views—The terrace looks onto a cityscape that is beautiful at nighttime. In the summer it’s largely hidden by trees (which is also nice) from the courtyard and neighbours’ gardens. It catches amazing sunsets too. On the bedroom side we look onto a small park.

Note: The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift
